Here’s an updated version of the Free Premiere Pro Slideshow Template. To get this template just head over to the download button below. Also make sure to download and install the font (Bebas Neue) used in the template, as you need to download it separately.
In the tutorial video above you can see how to actually replace the placeholder footage to tweak it to your liking. Every placeholder sequence contains an image and text with no effects on it. The text layer itself can be manipulated on the essential graphics panel. Any changes made in the placeholder sequences will show in the ‘slideshow‘ sequence right away.

The placeholder sequences can be populated with video clips as well, so you are not just limited to using pictures. Keep in mind though that this template is optimized for 1080p resolution. So if you are using it in a 4K project, just right click and select ‘set to frame size‘.
Every placeholder is set to a duration of 5 seconds. You can extend the duration simply by using the ripple edit tool (ctrl+drag out point).
Get the right font
For this template to work properly make sure to download the font linked in the description (Bebas Neue). It’s available as a google font as well as a free download over at font squirrel. This is a very popular and versatile font that can be used for both, graphic design for print as well as using text in the digital design world. Once the font is installed, everything including the text callouts should look exactly like in the video.
